North Dakota’s Public Service Commission is considering approving another wind farm, and it looks like North Dakotans will end up helping to pay for it through our electric bills.

But the wind industry deserves a failing grade when it comes to putting North Dakotans to work. One report estimated that projects like Northern Divide Wind hire out-of-state construction workers more than 80% of the time.
